COVID SHIPPING ALERT: Please be advised that shipping times may take longer than usual. Shipping services (USPS and UPS) are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. WynnPharm continues to adhere to its shipping policies and is processing and shipping orders within 1-2 business days. The estimated 3-5 business day shipping time frame is what is being impacted. Thymuskin offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150 in the United States. To simplify the order processing, we provide a flat shipping and handling fee for all orders placed online or on the phone. Flat rate shipping carrier type is determined by Thymuskin (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). For all domestic orders, please allow 3 - 5 business days for delivery. All international orders, including Canada, please allow 10-20 business days. All international locations must pay real time rates. Expedited orders placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time on regular business days will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 2pm on regular business days will ship on the next business day. All orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Expedited service is not available over the weekend. Please note, we currently do not ship to Mexico. Please note that shipping fees do not include any customs or VAT fees that may occur. 

As of December 2020, WynnPharm has introduced a new dedicated Thymuskin website to improve user experience. Unfortunately, if you have an account already on, you will be asked to create a new account as previous information were not imported to the new website. We accept returns on all customer orders purchased through WynnPharm. When you receive your order, please check to make sure the product is in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective) and let us know immediately if there is a problem with your shipment by contacting customer service toll free at 1-800-214-9600. International customers can call us via 732-409-1005. Unopened items in new condition can be returned within 90 days of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment. You will be refunded once your product arrives back to us in new condition. We will provide return shipping only if the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. damaged, defective or incorrect item, etc.). We reserve the right to limit or refuse a refund.

All Wholesale / distributor / reseller orders are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
